Unfortunately there was a dispute between other guests in the corridor - a fight between a couple on their Valentines romantic break. I did not get a lot of sleep that night. The hotel is in a fantasic location but I did not get much sleep

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Only issue was the check in. We were in reception from 1.30pm but were told up until 2.55 that we had to queue from 3pm. Otherwise friendly staff and easy check in.
