"Best part of this house is definitely it’s proximity to the beach. Nice appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher which some Gaviotas homes lack. Great living room with a comfy couch and nice TV. The beach chairs, tennis rackets, and surf rack were all great added amenities. 10/10"

"This was our second time to Las Gaviotas, our first time staying in Kristie's place. Everything was just great. Her place was super clean, very nicely decorated and well-stocked with everything you could want or need. (Love the CD and DVD collections!) The view is amazing! "Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!"

"We stayed at Las Gaviotas Memorial weekend for a two night stay. It was my family of four and a family friend and her daughter. My friend and I have daughters that are differently able, fixates and have anxieties especially when it comes to new places to stay.
