I found the service welcoming and friendly in the mercados (markets) tendas (convenience stores) and Sodas (small restaurants). Photographers i recommend Dave & Dave's and Frogs Heaven.

Perfect location for our very short stay in San Jose. 5 minutes from the airport, free airport shuttle from the car rental place, which was next to the hotel. Good breakfast too!

Perfect place for family. Got the suite so 2 kids slept upstairs. No door on main bedroom which we didn’t care about but someone else might. Breakfast was delicious. Pool is cold but refreshing. Kids loved it

We stayed here to break up the drive between La Fortuna/Arenal and Tortuguero. It was a wonderful treat. We went white water rafting one day, and hiked La Selva the other day and then drove to catch the boat in La Pavona to get to Totuguero relaxed
