Check-in did not start off well. We had booked two connecting rooms and those staying in one room arrived at 2:00pm. The room was not ready. OK, fine, as official check-in time is 3:00pm. We waited an hour and received a message our room was ready. Those staying in the other room arrived at 3:30 and were told the room was not ready. So, we all waited around in the other room. An hour later, there was still no notification the room was ready, but there were no housekeeping carts left on the floor. So, we called. Only then were we told the room was ready. How long were we sitting around, wasting one of only two afternoons in Vegas, for nothing? The problem was compounded when we decided at that point -- about 4:30pm -- to head to the pool, and arrived there to find everyone packing up and leaving. The pool closes as 5:00pm! On a beautiful day! And, we had been sitting around in our rooms for no reason, waiting for a notification that our room was ready! Totally ridiculous.
Upon check-in, we also found some half-eated Chinese food from the last guests in the mini-fridge. Glad we waited an hour for the room to be cleaned.
Having said all that, the rooms are very spacious, compared to other Vegas hotels. Wifi, TV, AC, shower, etc. all work well. Hotel is fairly modern and has great food/restaurant options.
