We are a collection of vacation rentals that are attached to the spectacular Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino at The Jockey Club on Las Vegas Blvd (check us out on FB, IG, etc.) We are happy to offer a truly UNIQUE EXPERIENCE, where large groups of friends, family, or colleagues can stay together while enjoying this FABULOUS city.
This 2BEDROOM-2BATH + Bonus Room/Converted Closet, with 3 super comfortable KING BEDS, puts you right at the center of everything that Vegas has to offer!
The unit has 3 King beds, 1 double bed in bonus room, 2 queen air mattress, and the large couch can sleep 2 person as well. It is 1050sq/ft and has a kitchen, dining room, great room, and is super enjoyable to social with friends (please note no parties, bachelor&bachelorette groups welcome).
And if all this wasn't good enough, there are absolutely no hidden fees! What you see is what you pay. No Resort Fee, No Fee for self-parking, etc.

•Bonus 3rd bedroom is converted from a walk-in closet for extra privacy. It’s accessed from the large double king room (not the hallway) and is small. This bonus room offers privacy for sleeping.
• There is a 3 night minimum on most (but not all) Friday & Saturday nights. We will make exceptions allowing you to stay 2 nights when it is a 3 nt min however, there is an additional charge (charge is based on the 3 nt price with a small discount). Please contact us with inquiries, before you request to book to find out details if you would like only 2 nights or less on weekends.
•This property is The Jockey Club, which is attached to the Cosmopolitan by an elevator.
•15 people is the maximum. Please note: 15 people will be very tight (great way for you to get to know your party better though).
•Please be accurate with the number of guests that will be staying in the property. Each guest over 5 is $39 per person/per night. Also, please let us know if you plan to have any additional visitors during your stay as well. Any guest staying in the property that was not registered or sent prior notification of will be charged a $200/pp/nt fee for the entire reservation AND entire group may be asked to leave without refund. This is extremely uncomfortable for everyone and we really do not enjoy doing asking guests to leave, so please be honest when booking. Please Note: The Jockey Club has cameras in all public areas. These cameras are actively monitored and checked for guest total.
•There will be enough towels in the room for the number of guests, if you would like extra towels they can be provided with a cleaning service ($80 per service). Please try to stick to one towel per guest, if you would like to wash your towels or laundry there is a nice coin operated front-load washer and dryer at the end of the hall on certain floors (inquire which floors by calling the operator from phone in suite). There are additional towels by JC pool and Cosmo Chelsea pool provides towels for their pool as well. Daily cleaning service is not provided with his booking. If you would like extra or daily cleaning, please let us know and we would be happy to set it up for you. With the cleaning service, our cleaning team comes and cleans the unit and replaces all the dirty towels (linens are not included in this cleaning service unless specifically requested).
•We do not normally book this property more than 4 months in advance, except with approval from the owner (sometimes pricing is higher because of special events and changes from year to year.)
•There are absolutely no events or parties in this property. No Drinking games (ie: beerpong, flipcup, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are WELCOME, but you may not have a party in the property.
•This property does not have a view.

Full access to The Jockey Club property, including the JC pool, gym, sauna, bbq area & convenience store. You also have full access to The Cosmopolitan Chelsea Pool (just show your JC room key at the door). If the Chelsea Pool is not open then you have full access to The Cosmo BLVD Pool. Please Note: While technically, access to the BLVD Pool is only guaranteed if the Chelsea Pool isn't open, we have never had any guests denied access to the BLVD Pool, even when Chelsea Pool is open :)

The best way to get to and from the airport or anywhere around in Vegas is by far Uber or Lyft.
Cosmopolitan gym and spa are available for the normal fee. Please call The Cosmopolitan for exact pricing.
Jockey Club does not currently offer room service but you can use wonderful services like Uber Eats, etc. to order food anytime day or night.
GUEST’S RENTAL AGREEMENT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY; ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY, AND HOLD HARMLESS
THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT. GUESTS SHOULD READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE AGREEING TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, THE GUEST IS PERMITTED TO USE PROPERTY PROVIDED BY STAY TOGETHER SUITES WITH CERTAIN USE RESTRICTIONS AS A CONDITION FOR USE OF THE PROPERTY. ADDITIONALLY, THE GUEST RELEASES AND WAIVES CERTAIN RIGHTS AND CLAIMS, AS WELL AS ACCEPTING CERTAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Short Term Guest
(“STG”), the individual agreeing to be bound by the terms of this document and to use and short term rental of a property (“the property”) accordingly, and the owner & management. (“Management”). Stay Together Suites LLC (“STS”) shall be considered a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, wherever STS, Management, or Owner is referred to below such definition shall include all of STS’s members, managers, employees, investors, and any and all Owners of the property.
2. GENERAL RULES; RESTRICTION FOR PROPERTY USE AND RENTAL
2.1 NUMBER OF GUESTS: STG agrees to provide accurate information about the number of guests staying in the property and understand that if he/she doesn’t, a charge of $200/pp/nt fee for the entire reservation will be charged and they may be asked to leave without a refund
2.2 NO EVENTS/PARTY: STG agrees to hold no events or parties on this property. No Drinking games (ie: beer pong, flip cup, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are WELCOME, but you may not have a party on the property. There should be no visiting guests without the owner’s approval.
2.3 NON- SMOKING POLICY: Management has a strict no smoking policy. STG understands he/she may be charged a $500/fee/per day for the entire reservation for any evidence found of smoking in the property including but not limited to cigarettes, Marijuana, and vape.
2.4 NO PET POLICY: STG understands that the building has a no-pet policy. PLEASE NOTE: The Management does NOT allow any animals in at all. Please do not bring your animals to the building. Any animal brought to the unit will be charged a $2000 cleaning fee
2.5 CANCELLATION POLICY: STG certifies and agrees to this cancellation policy
Cancellation before 90 days is a full refund less 3% credit card fee.
Cancellation BETWEEN 60 AND 90 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL is a 50% refund
Cancellation in less than 60 days before arrival is a 10% refund.
If a STG does not show up, no refund
2.6 AGE RESTRICTION:
STG is and must be 18 years of age or older. STG certifies and guarantees that he/she meets this requirement. If STG falsifies or misrepresents, unintentionally or intentionally, STG’s age, the STG accepts full responsibility for any and all damages, demands, consequences, causes of action, losses, injuries, court and litigation costs, attorney’s fees, penalties, fines, legal actions of any kind, judgments, expenditures of any type or nature whatsoever related to such misrepresentations, whether intentional or unintentional.
2.7 REQUIREMENT TO INSPECT THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO STAY:
STG agrees to carefully inspect the Property he/she wishes to stay prior to using the Property, and shall, while within 30 min of rental, notify Management of any hazards. STG also agrees to allow Management to fix any hazards, if STG does not allow Management to come and fix any hazards, STG takes full and complete liability and responsibility for such hazards for themselves, and any and all guests or visitors. STG also agrees to release Management of any and all liability and responsibility for themselves and any and all guests and visitors.
2.8 STG REQUIRED TO REPORT ACCIDENTS OR INCIDENTS OF THEFT, LOSS, AND DAMAGE:
STG must contact Management and local Police immediately in the event of theft on the Property or an accident that occurred during STG’s use of Property resulting in bodily injury. A police report should be obtained in the event of theft or other crimes and provided to Management upon request within 5 business days of the incident and contain the facts surrounding the incident and contact information for witnesses and anyone else involved in the accident/incident. If a bodily injury occurs, management must be notified in writing within 48 hours of the incident, along with any and ALL details and people involved.
2.9.1 STG’S LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF THEFT OR LOSS OF PROPERTY:
STG shall be liable and responsible for any costs, claims, judgments, demands, damages, injuries, expenses, penalties, expenditures of any nature, causes of action, losses, attorney’s fees, and court costs of any kind relating to a stolen, lost or damage of Property. If items are stolen during STG’s stay, STG holds all responsibility, regardless of whose property it is, including the replacement of any and all property.
2.9.2 REQUIREMENT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO INSURANCE IS PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT:
STG expressly acknowledges and agrees that Management does not provide insurance of any kind including but not limited to property damage, liability, personal injury, injury to others, damages, penalties, fines, losses, and/or expenses of any kind whatsoever. STG further agrees to purchase short-term rental insurance during and for their stay.
2.9.3 STG AGREES TO CONDITIONS REGARDING PAYMENT FOR UNRETURNED, DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PROPERTY:
STG agrees that if the Property is not returned to a designated Management location, or the Property is otherwise damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, Management will immediately charge STG a $500 fee which will be charged directly to the credit and or debit card that STG used to rent the Property and/or in a subsequent invoice to STG, payable upon receipt. STG shall be personally liable for the payment of the fee even if their credit or debit card lacks sufficient funds to cover the fee.
3. WAIVER AND/OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
For and in consideration of rental and use of Property, STG expressly forever releases and relinquishes and discharges Management, STS, and/or any of its or their agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, parent organizations, Owners, and/or affiliates from any and all claims and/or liability, causes of action and/or damages including personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, injury to others and/or third parties which arise from or related directly or indirectly to this Agreement; the rental, use, and/or use of the Property; the rental or rental website, including any and all claims, liability, causes of action, and/or damages related to the sole or partial negligence of any non-related party, guest, visitor, or third party. By this Agreement, any such claims, rights, and causes of action that STG (and STG’s legal guardian(s), if applicable) may have are hereby waived, released, and relinquished, and STG does so on behalf of STG’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
STG expressly acknowledges and accepts that STG uses property at his/her own risk. STG accepts the Property for use, exercising his/her own free choice to participate voluntarily. STG promises and agrees to take due care during such rental, use, and/or operation of the Property. STG acknowledges, understands, and assumes all risk relating to the rental, maintenance, and use of the Property and that STG has full knowledge of said risks and dangers. STG understands that children are allowed but are not recommended, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
5. NO WARRANTY:
Neither Management nor STS provides any warranties, express, or implied. There is no warranty, and the Property and all items inside the property are accepted “As Is”.
6. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS:
Management shall not be liable for, or owe a refund to STG for any interruptions in service caused by or reasonably attributed to public unrest, emergencies, labor strikes, adverse weather conditions, criminal acts of others and acts of god, as well as mechanical/technical failures of internet, cellular and data hosts/service providers, both wired and/or wireless, pandemics.
7. DAMAGE DEPOSIT
STG understands that a refundable security deposit of $595 is required 3 days before arrival. PLEASE NOTE: We take CC or PayPal (friends and family bank transfer only) for the deposit, we do NOT accept cash. (If you send Paypal services or not friends and family, you will be charged the processing fees of 3-5%.)
In consideration for the use of the Property, STG expressly agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless Management, and/or any of its or their agents, against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs and expenses, penalties, attorneys fees, judgments, suits, including claims brought by a third party, or disbursements of any kind of nature whatsoever related to, resulting from, regarding or referencing this Agreement, the rental, maintenance, design, and use of the Property.
10. NO WAIVER:
Management’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any part of this Agreement. No waiver by Management shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision in this Agreement.
11. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT:
Management may terminate this Agreement at any time, without cause, legal process, or notice to the STG. STG waives all claims, causes of actions, expenses, and/or damages connected and/or related to any such termination.
Each provision of this Agreement, including any exclusions or limitations of liability, shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if any provision in this Agreement is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable under any circumstances.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement constitutes the final and entire Agreement between Management and STG. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Management and STG and prevails over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional, communications unless Management revises or modifies this Agreement. Management shall have the right to revise, change, and modify the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time without prior written notification by posting the revised Agreement on the Management website and channels. STGs shall be solely responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any modification to this Agreement. Use and/or operation of the Property by STG following any modifications to this Agreement constitutes STG’s acceptance of the terms and conditions as modified.
STG EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE HAS CAREFULLY READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND UNDERSTANDS THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS, FULLY, AND EXPRESSLY AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. STG VOLUNTARILY GIVES HIS OR HER CONSENT AND EXPRESSLY AGREES TO ALL THE CONDITIONS INCLUDED IN THIS AGREEMENT AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
