This condo is located within close proximity of all things Vegas…shopping, casinos, food and live entertainment all within reach without the noise or unbearable parking! 5 pools , 1 jacuzzi, free laundry and a gym on property! Come here to relax, unwind and escape. Short distance to Allegiant Stadium, downtown, Area 51 and most other Vegas attractions. This is a welcoming home away from home to professionals, traveling RN’s, convention center attendees, poker/gaming enthusiasts...etc. This is not a party place nor intended to host extra guests outside of the ones who reserve the space! Rules are strictly enforced. Nearby hospitals are Sunrise, UMC, Valley Hospital, Desert Springs and Spring Valley Hospital! Long-term guests contact me for special price!
