However, I was surprised that for one small dog, it was almost $100/night. They may be “pet friendly”, but the pet fee was more than the price we paid for the room. The room was clean and nice. Heating/cooling system had a loud fan that blew constantly. It was a challenge to get to sleep, even with earplugs in. The coffee pot (Keurig) did not work. My husband tried to make a cup of coffee on our way out. We left a note for housekeeping asking that they check it out. Did an express checkout over the phone that was easy and convenient. Asked the desk to fix it after 10 hours it still wasn’t fixed. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are clean and neat and I like the smaller atmosphere of the casino. The only complaint I would have is that there is no food available after eight or nine at night they do have a small café. The AC stopped working and it was miserable. Thank god I work for an HVAC company I was able to reset the unit for a bit then it shut down again. I had let the staff know when I checked out about the AC and she was a very rude lady and looked at me like I had no clue what I was talking about. I shook my head and told her she need better customer service and put a smile on her face. The casino part of it was nice and chill and gamble. Also, I was in the west wing and walking to the elevator it smelt pretty bad.
