Check in right there, room right there, food right at the casino entrance. My room ac/heat was easy to use and worked, the remote was simple and the t.v. had good sound. The property is a little worn and older but staff was excellent. It was nice to see a business fully staffed- everyone has to cut it back these days. Claim Jumper wonderful. Most of the trip, our windows were taped with plastic because they were painting, so NO courtyard view. The ice machine was broken but they'd send up ice for a fee. 6 elevators and 2 escalators were broken, the room thermostat was pulled off the wall and we found it on top of the unit. AC worked but heat didn't, and on and on.
