It was nice to be able to stay and be able to walk to other places. There was AC but it was not very strong at all. We went and bought a fan which was a lifesaver! Breakfast next to the Carnegie that is only open after 10pm and till 6am is The BEST!!! Housekeeping only brings more of things when requested. They don't clean daily.

My room on the west wing a delux queen room. It was a very nice and clean room. The 2 ladies at the Diamond patrons area were so nice and helpful. I wasn't a Diamond member, but they helped register us.

The room was dirty. The pool closed, what I consider early for a resort The only polite, respectful employee was the security who was keeping order at the elevators going to the promenade My room was nothing like what was portrayed on the website. Very disappointing stay.

The bath sink drain was slow. The bottom sheet didnt go to the end of the bed. Only 2 people at front desk took a long time to get checked in. Not mad, just letting you know.

Room was dirty upon arrival, sink was full of dirt. For the price paid it definitely needs better upkeep. Housekeepers walked into our room at 8am while sleeping even though we requested no housekeeping services. Not a great experience here.

Pros: Quick service for repair, convenient location, liked the live band Cons: Started with the busted shower head that flooded the bathroom (points for the quick fix though), pillows were terrible, elevator had long lines to get to room and had to take the stairs to leave because people were waiting for 15 minutes to get on, and the cigarette smoke smell was worse at this casino than any of the others. Overall: probably will choose a different location next time
