"Great hotel when catching a show at Place Bell. Staff is friendly but restaurant is very overpriced. Our room was large and comfortable. Parking is a nightmare. A nice stay overall!"

"Well situated just off the highway and close to Place Bell arena . A short but direct drive Industrial area but transit is not too far and taxis on call in a few minutes Friendly staff Small pool And a good buffet style breakfast "

"Room was cleaned right before check-in. Easy check in and check out process. Super comfy bed. Only issue we endured was our garbage can was infested with ants and we couldn’t use the tub as the jets weren’t cleaned. Garbage can removed from the room but we never received another for the remainder of our stay. Staff member told us she didn’t have anyone to help us, so likely understaffed. "

"Change of the main entrance door… Did not tell us about that, construction was outside but was in convenient for us. My sister had to walk long way. Staff was good and friendly. General manager very nice and friendly."

"We were not informed when we booked that the hotel is under renovation. We were woken up at 7 am with hammering and work being done on the premises. The least that should have been offered for this inconvenience to all guests is a breakfast included instead of being expected to pay over $22.00 for breakfast per person. I. Will not go back to this location or recommend it. The front service desk people were okay but nothing stellar given the circumstances. It was obvious when you drove up to the hotel that it was under renovation and there was a note at the front desk apologizing for the inconvenience and that there would be ongoing construction starting at 7 am. Not good enough for guests who are expecting a relaxing stay"

"This hotel was in full construction mode and not just a simple renovation. It should not even accept customers. It is like living in a construction zoo. so why expedia even allow booking is a big question. Total disappointment."
