Lawndale Chalets

I love this place. The staff was friendly and very professional and the hot breakfast was amazing.

On this stay I had a king bed and the room was so spacious…with a big balcony!! Disappointed that my hot water was luke warm in the shower and sink. Management said they sent someone to fix it…but they didn’t. Offered to move me to another room next day, but I was checking out next day. I received an adjustment on my bill at checkout! Thank you Management! 💜💛 If I need a hotel again in LA, I will definitely stay here again and request my same room!

For the type of low budget room i was looking for it was ideal staff was awesome

👍

Property itself was nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Area around the property is exactly what you think for Los Angeles. Eve though the area around it is sketchy… there wasn’t a time I felt unsafe. Definitely would stay there again!

Loved the city view from my non-smoking room, and the daily housekeeping was a nice touch. Thanks for making it a good experience for me.

Service

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

We loved the location, the pool, the relaxing vibe, the breakfast. Fabulous place to stay!

Great stay. Friendly staff confusing on registering for parking with outside company.

Very nice and clean renovated rooms. Office staff was very friendly. Comfortable beds. Close to the San Pedro Cruise terminal.

Great hotel!!!!

Amazing room

Perfect location and handsome staff and I like the free barking valet

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are huge, clean, and updated. The laundromat in the building was useful and clean. The breakfast was delicious and they have Starbucks coffee! Also, we had a problem with something happening to on of the two suites we had and they absolutely made it right immediately. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend this hotel. Traveling from NJ with 5 kids (3 toddlers and 2 teens)

This location is centralized downtown seal, Beach and many other restaurants and food options

Great location, friendly staff, close to Warner Bros and Olive's is a great close restaurant. Pool was nice. Cool that they had several movies/shows filmed here as displayed on their Wall of Fame. Would stay again.
