Black Hills - 3 day adventure

We stopped in and stayed 3 nights in this cozy cabin. Everything was just as the listing showed. There was plenty of room to spread out. Our kids/teens really enjoyed the downstairs den area. The large dinning table was a focal point for the adults, playing cards and enjoying meals. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed during our visit. We did have to contact the hosts one time. They were very responsive and got us the info we needed immediately. Between this, and the attention to detail in the cabin, one can tell that they take hosting very serious. The did a great job all around!

Christmas excursion

We loved spending our family Christmas here. We did a lot of cooking and the cabin was very well stocked with cooking utensils. Beds and linen were very comfortable. We definitely will be staying again.

Work rental

I booked this property for three of my employees to stay in during a week of work in Lead. They loved having a full kitchen, plenty of space to spread out and the location was beautiful. The host was exceptionally gracious and easy to communicate with. Would book again!

Perfect Get Away!

This property has everything you need!! The home was clean and well stocked. We were able to cook all our meals with no issues. Our boys enjoyed the foosball table and hot tub. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels for all of us. The beds were all comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Memory maker...

My bride Care & I begrudgingly made it back home on Tuesday after a 5 day fall get-a-way with 3 days spent relaxing in Summit Trails Lodge. We really appreciate Ed & Megan's insight to the area for it helped create memorable trips out exploring. The paradise, et home was as billed. This home provided more than enough space for us ... the rustic feel with the hills & trees a perfect backdrop. The hot tub was a welcomed way to cap off our last day. Cannot thank you enough for providing your little slice of heaven, Ed & Megan. We do hope to venture back in the years to come & have shared your location with family & friends.

Great stay

The cabin was perfect for skiing at Terry Peak. The kids were able to walk to the ski resort. The cabin was very nicely decorated and was equippeed with everything a family would need. Highly recommended!

Family Thanksgiving weekend

Summit Trails is a very cozy comfortable cabin. We had 4 children under the age of 10 who had a great time sledding in the yard. We had a hiccup with the roku but with their WiFi, we were able to see our favorite team play. Megan was very prompt in sending us instructions for entry and directions.

Location location location

We stayed here for skiing at Terry Peak and it was beyond easy, close, and stress free. Megan was excellent with communication and made our stay seamless. We will definitely stay again!

Holiday getaway

We loved our stay!!! This was the perfect place for our holiday getaway. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, since we cooked most all of our meals. We highly recommend this cabin. The owners were very responsive, warm and courteous. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for our get a way.

Beautiful home and surroundings! Layout and provided amenities worked perfectly for our two families. We all wished we could have stayed longer! Our only issue was, arriving after dark, neither gps directions took us directly to the house. They were both two houses off. The house numbers and the sign on the front porch were both impossible to see in the dark. Compounded by the only photo of the exterior of the house on the listing was with everything covered in a beautiful layer of snow. All told it was a very small issue once we located the house and we would love to come back again.

Terry Peak Getaway

Could not ask for a better experience. This was our first time renting a cabin with VRBO. The cabin was perfect and easy to get to. I will add that the roads at Terry Peak get slippery, A four wheel drive is helpful during the winter months. We loved that the cabin was so close to Terry Peak that we could run back to have meals together around the large table. In the evening we all enjoyed playing cards around the table, soaking in the hot tub, playing foosball and sledding out back. It snowed six plus inches our second night there, the owners have a local guy that was out right away that morning to plow us out. We are already making plans to come back next year.

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

We so enjoyed this clean, cozy, comfortable cabin. Very well stocked and enough room for everyone! Exactly as advertised! The cabin was perfect for our family! Close to the ski slopes, nestled in a neighborhood 3 blocks away. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of skiing and sledding down the trails behind the cabin with our children! Thanks for a wonderful vacation, we hope to be back next winter:)!!

Perfect for a family ski trip!

Lots of space and a perfect place to stay for a family ski trip. Beautiful views from this well-designed and tastefully furnished cabin! Well- stocked kitchen, Comfortable beds and great hot tub! Super close to Terry Peak Ski lodge and also an easy drive into Deadwood. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Would stay here again!
