“The only thing I didn’t like was no coffee pot in the room. I left early for a hike my first morning so I didn’t realize there was no coffee machine in the room. My last morning I woke up and saw the sign stating I had to go downstairs for coffee or ask the front desk for a coffee pot. That’s a ridiculous and cheap tactic IHG is using to save money. For the money I spent, put the coffee pots back in the rooms.”
