“The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.”

“Room was extremely clean. Love The White Company smellies. Although there was a mix up (Executive Room I booked said it had a king bed and sofa bed but no sofa bed) the Receptionist who checked us in and different Receptionist who checked us out went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We were offered 2 Executive Rooms so that we would have a bed each or 1 twin bed room. We opted for the twin bed room. I regularly travel to the area as I was born nearby and had often seen this hotel, but……

“Room clean ,friendly staff however we picked this hotel as we have stayed before and its dog friendly, however we feel the staff who are assisting with breakfast or indeed any meal shouldn't be touching the dogs as we witnessed someone doing this and not washing or using gel on their hands ”
