Arrival parking is a nightmare. Need more signs for directing to checkin. Check-in moved quick. Staff very pleasant; upgraded us to a suite but it was old, definitely not impressive. Would rather have had room. Would have thought there would be complimentary bottles of water. Nope. Lots of food choices available; we chose Gordon Ramsey’s place. Excellent food and service. Had trouble twice with different slots and wasted about 30 minutes waiting for staff help to open machines. Two different slots jammed my vouchers. Annoying to wait so long for help. Also, I was never asked once if I’d like a drink! And I would have. Casino at home has self serve soda machines which I love plus plenty of roaming wait staff. Rewards desk was confusing. We chose free drink option but couldn’t find any place that accepted that. Went to Showroom for Donny show. It was good but good grief seats were narrow! We were crammed in 2nd row like sardines. Disappointing. Check out was excellent. Staff credited me for drink, asked if my husband was a veteran (he is) which gave us free parking! Valet guys were very rushed but nice and helpful. This is my second time at Harrah’s. I think I’ll try something new next time.
