“Nice room and helpful staff.”

“I liked the early 5am breakfast and friendly staff. As a one time BW, the facility is in good shape”

“Upon arriving the bedding was dirty, subfloor was giving out, we decided to go ahead and leave early from our planed stay they would not refund the full amount that was unused. When we went to leave in the morning there was no breakfast as advertised. Probably the worst day we’ve ever had.”

“There are no grab bars in the bathroom and no anti slip strips on the bathtub. The maid forgot to leave a rubber mat in the bathroom. I didn't notice this prior to taking a bath so I fell getting out of the tub because I couldn't get any traction! I hit my head, hip and back. When I went to the front desk to complain I was given a rubber mat to put down. I was never asked if I was okay. The card reader on the side door of the hotel wasn't working so someone was blocking the door open……

“Great place to stay when Moscow is too crowded”

“It's a budget hotel so I didn't have super high expectations. The lady at the front Angela was about the only good thing about the place though. There was a crabby old lady at the front when I arrived who was very short with me for no reason and told me their system was down cause they were painting then Angela checked me in no problem like 15 minutes later. They did open my door the day I was supposed to check out to ask me if I was going to be up in time which I thought was weird but I was at……

“Room had dead bugs on floor and closet had bedding in closet not folded and just shoved in it with pillows. The lock didn’t open with our keys and then cleared out the keys. Luckily someone was still in office that night to help use a master metal key to let us in. And then we couldn’t go back in and out again. Staff was very nice and helpful.”

“It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands. They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of……

“Bad insulation noise controls, bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. We asked for change, but the front desk only provided one option, give us refund(ps:It was……

“good and clean”

“The front staff was so helpful and gave excellent places to eat and helped us print in the lobby. The breakfast attendant was the most amazing gentleman who I chatted with us and made us feel so welcome!”
