“This IHG was up to the usual high standards. You would expect from IHG. The elevator was out of service, so I gave an average rating for the facilities, but that could happen anywhere. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I would happily stay here again”

“Electric black out curtain did not work! Room was on the street side and shopping mall parking lot lights were a nuisance. ”

“The air conditioner worked just fine.the only complaint I have is you go on line book the room a month ahead of time and then when you get there it isn't ready,the guy behind the desk gave me not one but three times when the room would be ready.the reservation says check in time starts at four,well I was there and it wasn't ready until 5:30pm.it had been a long day to start off with and this made it worse,thought about cancelling my reservation and going somewhere else but then I would get me……
