"Staff were welcoming and most helpful. Shuttle from and to the airport was a bit chaotic, but worked. Room was wanting, desk light did not work, 3 hangers only, carpet/baseboard pulled away from walls in several places. Thought we could use couch for sleeping space, but no bedding provided. "

"The shuttle was difficult to locate at the airport and the driver was rude. There were hairs in the bathtub and the bed was poorly made"

"Stayed here for the NCA cheer weekend. Staff would not bring me an extra blanket. They said I should already have one in the closet, I told them yes I did but it was thin and I just needed one more, she said she would check and call me back. Never received the blanket. I then asked for clean towels the next night and they told me I’d have to bring down my old towels to get new ones. I’ve never had that happen at a hotel before. The breakfast was not great either. I’m very disappointed. "

"4th floor under construction and strong smells of products, smoke and old food. Beds in hallways, dirty hallways, stained furniture, and no other rooms available. "

"- impossible to darken room.becaise curtains dont close seamlessly - a couple things broken in bathroom (room 430) and piping showing under sink (dont know if this is standard) - clean and close to airport"

"We had no remote for the room. Called the desk and finally was to have the attendant to come and give a new for the cable only. "
