“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Zilara. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days in which we relaxed so much. Food and drinks were amazing! Many restaurants to choose from since the twin sister hotel Hyatt Ziva is right next to it. Lots of entertainment, amazing beach, the pools were great. I totally recommend it specially for couples that just want to chill by the water and not worry about planning a whole schedule. ”

“Friendly people, clean rooms. They came in handy for one night we for stuck in Punta Cana. Location was perfect being close to the airport. The only thing that i didn’t like was that they did not provide face towels, just shower towels. However, I would stay there again.”

“No es un resort para latinos! El trato es muy malo y la diferencia del trato que le dan a estadounidenses es muy desigual al que recibe uno. En dos ocasiones me hicieron bajarme del transporte a la playa porque un estadounidense pidió ir en el lugar que yo tenía sin ninguna justificación. Pedía una toalla para la alberca y me mandaban de empleado en empleado por una. Mientras a los demás se las daban sin tanto lío. Todos hablan inglés como si fuera el único idioma ignorando que tú eres latino……

“Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time,……

“Room was clean and it had everything we needed to spend the night. However, the surrounding area was a bit too loud for our liking, especially at night. I recommend it because our flight got cancelled and the easiness of reserving and checking in last minute was incredible. Everyone was nice and the hotel served it's purpose. We also ordered food and it arrived warmed and it was delish. We also used the pool. Overall, good experience for the price. ”
