But the real gems were the staff. Everyone was over the top nice and helpful but two people deseve special recognition. I needed so much help with documents for my visa and Melis was more helpful and efficient than a personal assistant! I am so grateful to her. And Guler, the housekeeper on my floor took such good care of me!
