Beautiful hotel in a great, safe location. Our room was large and spacious with 2 sets of French doors with a gorgeous view of the street & square in front of the hotel. The square had performers singing or playing music from about 10am until midnight every day. I enjoyed it during the day but wish it stopped earlier, especially when needing to be up early for a flight. Closing windows didn’t help. It is extremely loud. Only other negative was the AC did not work well.

The property didn’t have a kettle in the room , which is a must for us. I did message them before but didn’t get a reply so took our own. The hotel is up a very steep hill so beware . There’s a lovely coffee shop next door and street entertainment there too. Breakfast was good and reception sell water .

Great location in old town Lisbon, close to shopping and restaurants in the heart of the bustle. Property was clean and facilities were good .. Has a gym and breakfast available. Was a bit noisy at night depending on where you face and the main areas had a funny smell.

Great location, clean, good breakfasts, and friendly staff! Hotel can get a bit noisy at night from being in a busy location. But, if you are ok with some nightlife noise, this is a great hotel and very convenient with the metro stop only a few feet away. Enjoyed our stay.

The air felt stuffy everywhere in the hotel. Some blankets were stained or looked dirty. The TV in the mirror was not great and the remote d for the other room didn’t work. Other than that, it’s very well located and has a great gym.

Great location, room service provided daily, air conditioning in rooms, mattresses are quite old and not so comfy, breakfast is not something to look forward to -in a week they didn’t change no one item. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food chains on every corner, so hotel breakfast can be easily replaced with better options. Overall it’s ok hotel in a great location.
