"The staff was incredible. They are highly professional from the front desk, to the luggage help, to opening our car doors for us constantly, to the flawless service at breakfast, to the clean rooms. All of the staff truly care about creating a lovely experience for their guests. The hotel has several beautiful lounge areas to spend time in. The restaurants and bars were great and well priced. There are also lovely views of Lisbon from the rooftop patio and the 12th floor balconies. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lisbon."
