"Clean room and the front desk staff went above and beyond. The restaurant staff were subpar, ignored me and my husband and took two other people who arrive after us. Another waiter lost a patron's card and our waiter never returned to take our order. We were in town for three days and ate at the Hilton and Hyatt instead due to the awful restaurant service at the Sonesta."

"Parking is across the street and is 19 dollars a day. We had a room on the 1st floor and it was clean and as described. It was a budget friendly hotel for downtown. No breakfast, just hot black coffee in the morning. "

"Location is off Brice Rd and I70. There is a traffic light at the intersection to enter property, which is very helpful with the amount of road construction in the area. The hotel was clean. There is a lounge (no bar) and an exerquise equipment room. Service was great. They were helpful and provided extra towels when asked. The room amenities were good with fridge, microwave, and TV. Ample outlets on night stands with standard plugs and USB. Bathroom was comfortably spacious enough for two people. Beds were not the most comfortable. Continental breakfast is available. (Rm 112, Double Queen Size beds)"

"Room was clean and nice. Complimentary breakfast is tasty. Room is a bit loud can hear everything going on outside and in conjoining rooms. But this is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We will be back! Great value 👏 "

"First room had dead bugs of some sort in it and stains allover the bed. Paid for a room that was deluxe and to come with a “snack box” was offered a bottle of water when i got there for the deluxe room. The woman was kind at the check in but it was just not a good experience. "
