"Property-perfect view, steps to beach, old FL charm, beautiful gardens, many extras provided, clean, great communication…needs new golf cart desperately, (be aware this can be a problem as this rental does not deliver you to dock on way back) (we did have issue flat tire, then dead battery then 3rd cart we hung off side and roof with luggage piled on feet and lap…we laughed only because we made it to dock….barely) washer and dryer need a deep clean, not owners fault but when the sprinklers go...

"I have stayed at this location at least a dozen times over the past few years. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean but the building itself is in need of repair. Some of the upper floors appear treacherous-some had construction supports while I was last there. Rugs are covering upper walkways that are in need of stain etc. Several restaurants have closed on the property so options there are dwindling. Still plenty of boutiques left if you like to shop. The rooms are great, I love that...
