We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding hills.,( we had the star gazer room ) Breakfast was excellent! The full English breakfast is substantial and very tasty. It is well posted, being only a 5 minute walk from the lakeside and a two minute walk from the bus stop to Keswick or Workington. I will definitely be going back.”
