“Overall it’s a great property. It rained all weekend so we were unable to take advantage of the beach or golf course.
Be sure to ask for turnover service if you want it- they will not clean your room unless you ask. They didn’t tell us this when we checked in which is why I gave it four stars.”

“Our room, the lobby, and pool were clean and well maintained. The air handler was quiet and kept the room an even, comfy temperature. I also like Hampton pillows more than those in other hotels. They support the head while filling the space between head and neck.
The Baltimore Street Grill is an excellent restaurant. We were bicycling the Great Allegheny Passage Trail and did not mind the mile walk into town. This would be easy with a car.”

“Everything was great. The walls must be really thin though, we could hear people talking in the next room and what sounded like lots of people running back and forth above us, day and night.”

“The hotel and room were filthy. The beds were unmade and covered in hair. Towels were dirty. Bathroom counter was sticky/crusty. Floors were not vacuumed; covered in hair and misc. pills. Smelled like drugs. I checked out and did not stay.”
