“Arrived with a room with 2 beds. Booked it for 4 people. Was told that management only allows 2 guests per room because of the homeless population. We were forced to buy a second room.
We were told be the front desk that her boss will fire her is she allows such a thing as “having as many people as the room was booked for.”
Otherwise the hotel is fine. This policy is a something I have never encountered at any other hotel. We felt cheated. The front desk was apologetic and seemed genuinely……
