Recently renovated TOP floor 3BR/2BA condo in the sought-after community of Carolina Yacht Landing.
Elevator in the building so no stairs to worry about and no noise to worry about coming from people above you.
This unit was almost completely renovated in the last year with new LVP wide plank flooring, a gorgeous quartz peninsula counter, stainless steel appliances, a new kitchen sink, updated bathrooms, and a top-of-the-line HVAC unit installed in 2020.

Master bedroom has a very comfortable and luxurious king size bed with remote adjustable bed frame Brentwood Cypress 11”mattress and Sony tv along with Haiku bamboo blade fan by BigAssFans for air circulation, additional bedrooms have Samsung tv’s as well as Haiku L fans.

Living room has a large remote operated roller shade large 55” Sony television and very comfortable Luonto brand king size memory foam sofa bed.

Kitchen has a huge 6 person seat configuration island and is equipped with new Samsung refrigerator/freezer, Stove, and Dishwasher also supplied is a Nespresso coffee machine along with selection of nespresso coffe pods, toaster oven, water boiling kettle, dishes and cups for 8 people and utensils.
All the comforts of home including washer/dryer.

Building P overlooks a scenic pond with a fountain for that calming touch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice from the screened-in porch. Carolina Yacht Landing is a gated community with 2 swimming pools, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and community day docks and docks available. Also has boat storage for those that want to dry store their boats here. The location is incredible as you're only a few minutes to the sand on Cherry Grove Beach, shopping, restaurants, and great golf courses.
There is a Eufy brand wi-fi doorbell/camera outside as well as wi-fi door keypad on the entry door for secure access/communication to open door to condo.

Perfect Stay
Home was very clean upon arrival, check in was easy, gate access very convenient. Owners were super friendly. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, beach stuff provided but we didn’t need to use it as we brought our own. The kids loved watching the ducks and turtles every morning from the back porch. Community was very quiet but the other guests and owners were very friendly. Pool was great and the drive to the beach was short. Just what we needed ☺️

Home away from home
After many years of traveling for work and pleasure and many condos, we can actually say this was by far the best. we were house hunting, always stressful, and after a long day we found ourselves saying "let's go home", to this condo. The host, Ken, was beyond wonderful. The condo was clean, equipped better than I have ever seen, and most of all comfortable and like home. A truly great experience.

We typically book yearly at Barefoot condos - this place tops any other condo we've stayed at. The place has been outfitted with alot of great things and we were able to enjoy luxury in the simplest of things. Tvs are programmed with check out date (no one does this!), fridge ice maker has soft chewy ice, owner provides extra chargers, the bathrooms have motion sensor lights and the main rooms feature dimming lights with some really cool fans, patio furniture very comfortable, beds are new, memory foam, on the firm side yet still comfortable - these are small things that owners usually overlook, but they added up to what was a very nice and comfortable stay. The beach is a 7 minute drive away and is a prime spot for private ocean front lounging - no hotels and no crowds, several public parking spaces. The pool is a short walk away. There is an elevator in the building which is a huge plus since you do not have to carry luggage up stairs. The condo is on the top floor and the back patio overlooks the pond with a beautiful view of nature. The location is one of the best in myrtle with regard to dining and activities. Would highly recommend booking here.

Top Notch Find
I came to Little River to escape the cold winter in Maryland. This condo ranked up there with any 5* hotel with the zero gravity bed, to the automatic blinds, to the decor and the well-equipped kitchen. So many extras were provided in the kitchen, such as coffee, tea, spices, etc.The place was immaculate and the owner was very attentive to making sure I had everything I needed. The condo is in a gated community and has a small workout room and outdoor pool. I loved being able to bask in the sunshine on the balcony that overlooks the pond and fountain. The location is so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The community was quiet. This place was a great find. I will be back!

The website doesn’t do the justice this place deserves. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable. Ken, the host, was very responsive and amazing. His hospitality was EVERYTHING. He thought of everything. We enjoyed ourselves so much thought about staying another day but circumstances didn’t allow But believe me we will be back. The scooters was definitely a hit. The whole family enjoyed riding those. Awesome place
Ken met us and showed us around house,. It wasn't far from where we were playing ball. Lots of stuff with-in 30 min drive. Place was excellent. Everything worked and was well kept. I tripped on the shades in the living area, they are auto up/down. Ken even had some electric scooter but did NOT get to use them, ball took up the entire trip. It was great.
