“The accommodation is very well equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was like a home from home and has been very well thought out. The house is just a short walk from a large supermarket, bus station and selection of bars and restaurants. Our family took a bus into Liverpool and also toured North Wales and went to Chester Zoo nearby during our stay. We would highly recommend this property.”

“Olive is a lovely property situated right in the heart of the countryside. A great place to relax and a lovely big enclosed garden for our dog to roam free. We had such a lovely stay, it has everything you need and more. Interior is so nice and cosy with a modern a twist. Very close to some lovely local pubs, restaurants and farm shops. Penelope was amazing and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommended if youâ€™re in the Cheshire area. Would love to go back!”

“The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available.”
