"Incredibly disappointing stay at the metalworks last weekend. Arrived at check in time for 3pm and there was a long queue already well into the lobby. There were only two staff on the desk who where quickly overwhelmed by how many people were queuing- I am not in anyway blaming them to be clear, ..."

"Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room."

"Very well located in central tourist area, near all amenities like Roman Bath, Austen sights and restaurants. Clean and bright, we were there with adult kid and pull out bed was perfect. Big enough for all of us to have some privacy."
