Great breakfast, not the cheapest though. Good decor in room. Sadly room 11 was like an oven and no way of getting any fresh air in, even with the window open 24 hours a day. So sleep was terrible for 2 nights. WC/shower room, had no where to place my shower gel, shampoo, face wash etc. No toilet roll holder either. Had to use towel rail for that. Area got soaked when showering. Was very noisy also. Hotel recommended car parking was £30 for 2 days, so bear that in mind if you are driving. Luke was amazing and very helpful and welcoming as was the blonde lady. (Sorry forgot name)

Brilliant place to stay. Staff were really friendly, food and drink was amazing and rooms were really nice. Would stay here anytime I go to liverpool again

We had a brilliant stay at Lock and Key in Liverpool, fantastic hotel, staff we’re all very helpful and friendly, and we loved the city

Great little find
Booked for last minute break. Hotel in great location for getting around liverpool. Nice little bar attached to hotel. Staff really friendly on arrival. Room was quite snug so would try and get bigger room next time. Bathroom floor got really wet when showering as think the shower glass is in wrong place but only minor issue… actual shower was superb
