“Should be mediocre 8...bare floors in the room were dirty, the sheets were so wrinkled they must have been wadded into a ball before being put on the bed...the bathroom light fixture flashed like it was going out and the bathroom door looked like someone tried to knock it down...thought it was a good deal given how expensive Livingston was but spend a little more money!”

“We enjoyed our stay in this small but comfortable apartment in the historic Graybow Hotel. Being at the center of downtown Livingston was very convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Would love to see the bathroom upgraded - the sink has separate hot & cold faucets, which makes it challenging to use. Otherwise we highly recommend the space.”

“This is a great place for solo travelers or a couple, great spot with lots of open space and great mountain views. Communication was easy and responsive. Montana is having unusually hot temps this summer and upon our stay it was in the mid to upper 90s so the little mini split couldn’t keep up making it uncomfortable inside. Other than that our stay was very good.”
