"I sent a email confirming my stay and time I'll come to hostel. When I came the door was shut and nobody answered the bell. So I called the number provided and there was no responce. I called taxi and got away from that place"

"Great hostel, the beds were spaced wide apart and the bunks very high, so had a feeling of space and privacy. The rooms were stylish and the shared facilities on the whole kept very clean. My only negative was that the air con unit in the dorm I stayed in was VERY loud, it felt like being the bowels of an ocean liner sailing third class by the engines. I got some earplugs which muffled the sound out, so wasn’t too bad the last two nights. "

"Awful place. Stay away! There were bed bugs when I was there (mid Sept. 2019). At least they agreed to wash all of my stuff once I proved they were bed bugs. The place is very dirty, expecially the kitchen. Many people staying there live there for long periods of time, most of them are older men. People smoke everywhere in the hostel, even though it is supposed to be completly non-smoking indoors. I could smell cigerette smoke coming from other rooms at night. "Our stay here was amazing - when we arrived, the concierge helped us by letting us use his phone as my girlfriends luggage was lost when we came in on the bus. On checkout, we had a 2 hour window until we left Ljubljana, and the concierge kindly let us keep our luggage in the secured room and an extra important bag behind the desk with her. Their kindness in that stressful time was very much appreciated, and the hotel itself was great. The room was very spacious with and extremely close all amenities. 10/10! Aidan & Emily"
