“The hostel was clean and comfortable. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked.
The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with. Torridon is a short walk away with a general store and there is a lovely cafe nearby too. ”
“We booked this hotel in advance as part of our NC500 tour. We stayed at several hotels during our trip, all of which were enjoyable except this one. In our opinion, the photos used to advertise the property do not accurately reflect its current condition.
My wife and I were extremely disappointed when we arrived. The staff we encountered were friendly and polite, and they were the only positive aspect of our experience.

“Lovely property in a remote location with views all around. A small family staff manage to cover all the main jobs (check in, bar, cooking, restaurant service, breakfast etc), remaining calm throughout. Rooms are comfortable, warm and well supplied. Our meals in the restaurant were excellent. Nice lounge for drinks from the bar and evening games.”
