"Appreciated the updates/information that was communicated to us by email, right from booking up to our arrival. I requested a ground floor room near the main entrance and restaurant, a shower and not a bath (due to hip problem) and everything asked was given. Updates re traffic works or delays with info on alternative route was communicated to us the day before our departure from Cheshire. Excellent customer care."

"Our first time away together. We couldn't think of a better place to spend our week away to relax and unwind in the Highlands. Loch rannoch hotel &spa was an experience we will never forget, everything was perfect and the staff were always polite and helpful. The food options varied so there was no worries over what we could reserve each day. We would recommend this to anyone wanting something extravagant and well the views certainly are!"
