"We had to push our check-in to after 10 PM, and thankfully, they kindly accommodated us. We were greeted by a nice man at Inverlochy Castle Hotel for check-in before driving a very short distance to the Factors Inn. The room was quite spacious, clean, and neat. We had a very comfortable stay. The room has a thorough guide to the Inn and the surrounding area, which was quite informative! The room had a tea station and some biscuits to enjoy, too."

"This is a mid level hotel in a beautiful place with fantastic people at the front desk. The people who were at the front desk were the best in the business and were incredibly helpful. Seriously, they were incredible. The dining experience is not great with a limited menu, terrible beverage selection, limited hours, and an ambivalent staff. It's really too bad because they could be a great restaurant. The room is ok. The location is pretty far from town. But the front desk people make up for all the other shortcomings. They were really fantastic!!!"

The staff is helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was nice - there were many warm dishes, bread, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, granola, juices, coffee, tea and cocoa. We had a room on the 4th floor from which we had a view of both the mountains and the water."
