Stayed a few nights and was a good location. Right by the Gloucester station. A grocery store right at the station. Great option for the value. There are signs of cracks but that just adds to the charm

The power went out and it seamed to be no big deal to the hotel people. No light no a/c. We showered and used the restroom in the dark using the light from our cell phones.

There wasn't a ramp for handicapped people. A ramp would also help people with rolling their luggage. A handrail is needed for the front door. People were using the flower planter.

Staff was very friendly. Hallways smelled of mold. Mold under the light fixtures. Sink drain had mold, shower didn’t drain well so you stood in water. Location was great. Not easy to find parking.

The hotel was quiet, the breakfast was very good,the room was very clean,towels were well stocked and the resturant staff and other staff were friendly. The hotel is on the Pica dilly Line, with direct access to the airport, and within a 10-minute walk from Gloucester Road station. We walked past the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Hyde Park to Pacadilly Circus, Leicester, and Covent Garden. Of course, it's the Pacadilly Line. One day, I took the Pacadilly Line from Gloucester Road Station to Paddington Station and bought a train ticket to Oxford for £33.4 round trip.
