The view from the hotel is spectacular. The location was also amazing. We were able to easily get from the airport to the hotel with our luggage and also visit the entire city through the nearby metro or uberboat. Two complaints were the check in and the morning coffee. First, they have a self-check in but it required assistance and took a lot of time. Second, in order to get coffee in the morning, you must go to the Starbucks in the lobby which did not have enough service for the amount of people. I would recommend they expand to accommodate more people and minimize the line. Overall, we loved the stay and would recommend it for families.

The night front desk staffed by Somali expatriates were most helpful. Needed som milk to sleep and they went out the way to get a glass. Will stay there again

Very good place to stay! Initially, I was quite disappointed because the room I got did not have a bridge view. However, I later appreciated the wonderful and calm view of Katharina's docks. The room (suite) was very good. It’s probably time for some refreshing, but overall, we had a very good stay. In my opinion, the breakfast could be better, but the staff at the buffet compensates for all issues with their excellent attitude towards guests. Additional thanks for the birthday surprise from the hotel. They also allowed us to check in earlier. I will definitely stay again!

Tower hotel has one of the best positions in london. However, most rooms dont have a fridge. Very limited elevators. Takes a long while to get an elevator. The hotel is very tired and in need of an upgrade. Despite that i would stay hete again for the incredible views.

Posh pictures and price, but the hotel was not guest ready. The plumbing backed up in the floor drain when of the tub was training and when the toilet got flushed. Huge mess! Plus the drawers had no handles.

Room was very very tiny. Beds were not comfy. AC hard to control. Elevators took forever … only 3 for guests and there are always busy. Rugs look unclean. Paid way too much per night and not happy overall. The only thing I liked was that it was located in a great area.

The food from the hotel restaurant was dreadful. They had three working elevators for this massive hotel and guests were recommended to take the service elevators! The breakfast buffet was equally dreadful. I strongly recommend that you eat elsewhere if you choose to stay at this hotel.
