Hotel was good near to tower bridge and palace. Good dining options and service. However bed was uncomfortable could be better for king size n sofa bed. Hallway had humidity smell

Best hotel I ever stayed in. Great location, near The Tower of London and The Tower Bridge. Walkable to the nearby underground lines /DLR, with the Cirle line right next to it. Busses all around the hotel. Friendly staff, housekeeping was great. Would go back there whenever in London.

Me encantó este hotel está súper céntrico, cada trabajador hace que te sientas bien, me encantó y de hecho si volviera a London me rentaría nuevamente ahí las habiataciones me fascinaron la front desk súper atenta el día que llegué estaba extenuada y molesta con el taxista y ella me aconsejó y me hizo sentir mejor y el día que me iba fueron súper atentos me llamaron el taxis, estuvo conversando y siendo amable hasta que el taxis llegó la verdad una buena experiencia

This hotel is wonderful and top rated because of it’s cleanliness, location, next to Tower Hill train station and across the Tower Bridge, Tower of London and River Thames, It also has the best breakfast buffet, and most importantly they have the best staff… professional, courteous and hospitable. Big thank you to Lori, Marriya, Pavithra, Ellie and Alex and the rest of the staff… they all made our stay memorable and pleasurable.
