Solo traveler. I enjoyed the property & its cleanliness. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff were all very friendly & helpful ! The only concern was issues with the air conditioning at times but a fan was provided so it wasn’t too bad. Overall I felt safe, comfortable & would stay here the next time I am in London !

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. 5-8 minute walk to both Tower Bridge and London Bridge train station. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the room, including cook top, fridge, dishwasher, even washer, cups, plates, everything you might want to have a snack or a meal right in the room. I used it when I would come back later at night. Small safe in the room was a plus also. There is a little cafe in the lobby. Lobby itself is very cozy and welcoming. a small grocery store right across from the hotel was very convenient. Area is safe, minutes from Bermondsey Street. I would defined stay here again.

Stayed two nights at this hotel in February 2024. The place is quiet despite its location on a busy street. Soundproofing is good. Rooms are comfortable. Reception is a bit unusual, it looks like an open work space, perhaps it is shared with either some other establishment, like a café. We stayed at the studio. The room was clean, comfortable, kitchen utensils were in good shape. Sleep area ("bedroom") was on a smaller size, but manageable. Reception staff was very helpful: helped with directions, gave us a voltage converter and salt and pepper for cooking. Location is excellent: less than 10 min to subway, about 5 min to Tower bridge. Running along the Thames on Sunday morning was fun. In terms of value: definitely better than what you get from the apartment share service. Good for a longer stay, will come back.

Great location - great village ‘vibe’ with eclectic choices in restaurants, bars and coffee houses. Only a 10 minute, flat, jaunt to the local underground and the rest of London! Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would stay here again!

Absolutely loved this property - the staff, the energy and the location were great! Very quiet at night even on weekends. Great area with good food and pubs nearby. The closest tube station is a 15 minute walk. Bring good walking shoes and have fun exploring London. Close to Borough market which is fun. We will recommend to friends and will stay again on our next trip to London.

La propiedad esta bien ubicada, tiene buen diseño, esta equipada con lo necesario, buena iluminación y cuenta con personal atento y conocedor de su trabajo. Nos tocó una habitación con un problema de construcción del desagüe. Al usar el toilet, desocupa el sifón de la ducha generándose mal olor que se irradia al conjunto de la habitación. Lo reporte desde el primer día. Me dijeron que lo resolverían, pero no lograron solucionarlo.

I would stay here once again if I returned to London! The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy overall. The breakfast cafe had good options for what I needed/wanted. The location was also convenient. You are not far walking distance from the London Bridge underground station. Along the walk you will also find dining options and pubs. No complaints at all!
