London Stay
A very basic property (as advertised), but a pretty handy location. I could walk to all the big tourist attractions. Very quiet location. Comfortable bed. Directions were a bit difficult for finding it (probably my fault for not being familiar with the British numbering system and the VRBO app), but overall I was very happy with my stay. Host was very responsive.

Please host, fix the hot water please
Somehow the address that was provided was not located by GPS even though I searched on three different apps, I had to ask people on the street where the building was. The place is not very clean and the comfort is limited in my opinion. The worst part is the lack of hot water in the bath, even following the instructions on how to have hot water this was not possible. As you can see, there are many other negative reviews about the lack of hot water and the host should take better care of this because it is a recurring complaint. Also the bathroom is completely flooded when you take a shower because there is no shower curtain. I hope the host works on improving the place instead of just saying that guests don't read the instructions.

Honestly so ghetto.
The only good thing I have to say is that it was close to everything and that there was a roof over our head. The shower was the biggest issue. Yes after a day we were able to get hot water however there was no water to be gotten. The water pressure was so low that we had to sponge bathe ourselves for 7 days. The bed was uncomfortable but whatever. The bathroom and kitchen were a literal closet and somehow looked larger in the listing photos. We were too afraid to turn on the heaters for how much dust was collected in them. For some reason no matter what app or map we used the address wasn’t correct to the correct apartment building so when we got there we spent 15 minutes in pouring rain trying to find the place with all our luggage in tow. There was also construction on the road right Infront of the building which listed that it was ongoing from January to April and we weren’t informed of it so we were woken up every morning at 7 with construction sounds. Overall this was probably this biggest regret of our trip was staying here.

Highly recommended
My boyfriend and I really like the ambiance. Very nice, high floor, elevator, very good heating. Functional utensils and household appliances. I can't help but say that the shower quickly loses the pressure of hot water, but I didn't call the host because it wasn't a problem for us. In general, we love it and recommend it.

Great place for short stay
We enjoyed our week long stay at Jades place. The location was fantastic and the size was just big enough for us. The kitchen facilities were great for a short stay so we could cook some of our own meals. Once we figured out the hot water (using the boiler and the taps being plumbed opposite) we were all settled. The building is very secure and there is a lift to get up to the apartment. Would recommend for a short stay.

Good location close to Warren Street and Euston
Good location, close to public transport. Studio apartment with double bed. 2nd bed is a foldout couch on the floor, not much support or padding. Provided bedding and towels which is great and has a washer/dryer which is also great. Shower is small and awkward to get in and out of.

Mixed review
The unit is just as pictured so it met expectations. Sage was responsive when we reached out. Building is old and dirty. We were unable to get hot water in the bathroom, but we just went with it instead of continuing to bother Sage. Water pressure is inconsistent. Location was good as we could get to the tube easily. Neighborhood was pretty quiet.

Just the basics
Bad description how to get there. The adress and position in the map is wrong. It is not 57 Stanhope St. The apartment itself is very run down. Windows strangely unhinged, to be opened carefully if at all. Ventilators in the kitchen and bathroom not working or falling off completely. No curtain or devider at the shower, so the bathroom is under water after showering. Small flat, as usual in London. Only positive point was the washing machine, which doubles as dryer, so you don´t have to hang the laundry in the cramped space.

We stayed for 1 week and were able to rest, cook meals at home and wash our clothes and dry them. It’s not a fancy place and don’t let the building scare you, it’s a great little place to stay. Close to trains and bus stop and grocery store

The owner does a great job communicating and is very kind. Certain parts of the apartment could have been cleaner, like the pull out sofa. We also didn't realize the pull out sofa would be on the ground. We also had to fix the toliet once we got there, but it worked fine after we made sure the bowl was filled.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Londres dans le studio de jade! 2 adultes et une enfant de 10 ans! Appartement très propre ,au calme bien équipé pour faire la cuisine si nécessaire et très bien situé. Compter 10 petites minutes de marches pour 2 stations de métro, 20 minutes de la gare de saint pancras et 30 minutes de piccadilly !! Supérette à proximité et un aldi sans compter Camden a 15 minutes à pieds pour les pubs et autres chaînes de restaurations rapides ou autres..

El alojamiento está bien situado, con supermercados cerca, cerca del metro de Warren Street. Si vienes de fuera de UK, poner en Google “Harrington House” para localizarlo ya que está más cerca de la calle Mackworth, y el número es realmente el del apartamento, no el de la calle, y puede despistar. El alojamiento es pequeño pero muy cómodo para dos personas, una tercera puede usar sofá, aunque el colchón se apoya en el suelo. El radiador del baño no funcionaba, o no conseguimos encenderlo. Pero sin duda, repetiremos alojamiento.

L'environnement est vraiment moyen : quand nous sommes arrivés, l'ascenseur était rempli d'urine. La lumière et le bruit dans le bâtiment ne nous ont pas permis d'y passer de bonnes nuits. Nous sommes arrivés tard et le chauffage était coupé, la 1ère nuit, il faisait 12° dans le studio. Le "canapé-lit" n'était pas du tout adapté à un 3ème couchage, le matelas était à même le sol et très dur. La salle de bain ne dispose pas de rideau ou pare douche donc l'eau stagne au sol. Bref, le logement n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de l'annonce pour le prix de 135€ la nuit environ. Je ne recommande pas.

Un petit appartement au coeur de Londres
Le séjour dans ce petit appartement s'est très bien déroulé. Nous n'y étions que pour dormir. L'appartement est situé à 10 minutes à pied de Camden, et à proximité des gares et d'arrêts de bus/métro. Nous avons pu tout faire à partir de là car le logement est idéalement situé. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec l'eau chaude, mais tout est revenu dans l'ordre grâce à la réactivité de Jade. Je recommande vivement, si nous devions revenir à Londres nous reprendrions certainement ce logement.
