Fabulous Place

Excellent place to stay. My main question is would i Take my wife…… Absolutely . Host was attentive, lovely area, town 12 mins walking with lots of choices of ‘world food’. Looking forward to going back!!

Matt and Bev was awesome, they made our trip so memorable. They were our personal tour guide, and not to mention the hospitality they were great. if you're planning a trip We would definitely recommend Croham Park Bed & Breakfast you will not be disappointed I would give then 10 stars

An excellent stay!

An excellent B&B that truly lives up to its perfect 5/5 rating! The hosts, Matt and Bev, are very friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean. The location, beautiful and quiet, yet close to public transportation, with multiple options to get to the center. Overall, we really enjoyed our time staying there!

B&B in nice quiet street with free parking. Excellent bus/train connection to London Victoria, total travel time approx. 45 min. The owner of the B&B is very helpful. The only item that could be improved: Breakfast variety was small. Nevertheless, we can strongly recommand this B&B.

The property was cosy and like 'home from home'. We had a lovely big room with an ensuite, which had a lovely powerful shower. The room was warm and inviting and tea/coffee making facilities were provided. Also provided was 2 bottles of water and biscuits which was a lovely addition. A hairdryer was provided and extra pillows if needed. The bed was so comfortable with the softest pillows, that i didn't want to get out of bed! Plenty of parking available with 2 spaces provided in the hotel grounds and free parking available on the street outside. The cold breakfast consisted of a choice of cereal, toast, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Matt and Bev were lovely hosts and were so welcoming. This place is truly a gem and i would advise anyone to stay here and you will not be disappointed!!

If you want a to get away from the hustle and bustle of London for a close, quiet retreat, this is the place to stay. We would definitely return. Beverly and Matt were excellent hosts and able to give directions and suggestions for sights and getting around. Close to the tram and and trains, and a nice cafe.

This well maintained and comfortable home is a nice change from a chain hotel room. The transportation to and from East Croydon station was fairly convenient but did need a little extra time to get into the city. Matt who was the host was exceptionally helpful, kind and personable. They were gracious to allow us to check in early which is a huge blessing after an international trip. The hot cooked breakfast, to order, was an amazing treat and fun to get local perspective on history and culture. I have already recommended this B&B to others.

One of the best places that I have stayed in - cannot say much more than that. Fabulous from start to finish! Close to Station and facilities and located in a lovely residential area. A big and comfy bed and modern facilities including large screen TV

A beautiful property. Our room was large and really lovely. The hosts were very helpful, especially with providing advice for transport. Parking was easy. If you don’t want the hot cooked breakfast, the cold breakfast options are a bit limited compared to other B&Bs.
