The Park Hotel London

"The rooms were large and comfortable, a separate comfortable sitting area, able to close off the room from the beds. We liked it's location, it's more central, at least for our needs, closer to UWO and downtown. The hotel offers a free breakfast, standard food but it is still a nice to have. The also have a 12:00 checkout which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I have to mention one individual Ryan, he is what customer service is all about and he ensured that we will be staying at the Park hotel next time we're in London. We visit about 4 to 5 times a year. When checking out I mentioned to Ryan that the Nespresso coffee maker wasn't working and the placement of the machine made it hard to insert the capsules just so they could address it for the next guest. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to pay our parking. He then told us that if we check the hotel website that they occasionally had special rates for families with students at UWO. I know it's just a little thing but those little things make a difference, he went a step above and did something we had no expectations about. I had already told him that we liked the hotel and would probably stay again, he made sure we would come back."

"The place is very stuff is friendly and helpful but keep in mind the water slides only operate on Friday and Saturday or holidays We stayed over on Sunday thinking it’s a weekend but the water slide was closed ."

"The staff were amazing… that’s what’s floating this place but a hotel can’t live on great staff alone. Small details like, shower curtain needed replacing or a deep cleaning. Our door didn’t shut properly (and thus lock) unless you gave it a couple good pushes (then double check it worked). The floors where loud - you could hear people above and it was clear they where not in shoes, plus the halls where loud too, like the impact on the subfloor under the carpet. Fabulous location and a kind, friendly charm to the hotel. I would likely come back if the price felt like it matched the 3.5 star quality."
