This stylish and very large 3 Bedroom 3.5 apartment on the 2nd floor (with elevator) was completely refurbished, decorated and furnished by a well-known interior designer. It is in an amazing location in the best part of Mayfair, next to Brown’s Hotel, moments from Piccadilly by The Ritz Hotel and moments from Bond Street, where most of the top brands can be found. Green Park tube station is 4 minutes’ walk. Piccadilly Circus station is 7 minutes’ walk. Harrod’s in Knightsbridge is a 10 minutes’ drive or 2 stops by tube from Green Park. This refurbished apartment is a superb base for your London stay.

Located next to the world-famous Brown’s Hotel with The Ritz just moments away, one of London’s elegant arcades – The Royal Arcade – takes you through to Bond Street, home to Gucci, Prada, Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Louis Viton – the list goes on and on. Green Park, St. James’s Park and Hyde Park are a short walk from your apartment putting Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and so much more within walking distance of your apartment. Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square are both close and most of London’s theatres are a few minutes’ walk from your apartment.

Your apartment is a very large 174 square meters or 1873 square feet in size and is located on the 2nd floor of this superbly refurbished building with a very high standard of finish throughout. The newly installed lift runs from the Ground Floor entrance to all floors. Your apartment has parquet flooring throughout along with stylish rugs. The bright and spacious Lounge leads through to the Kitchen and then to the Dining Room beyond, with its conservatory-style roof. Air-conditioned throughout, with individual temperature controls in each room, the Lounge is provided with a 4-seat sofa and 2 armchairs facing towards the large 4K Smart TV with satellite channels, which can be concealed. Free WiFi operates throughout the apartment.

The separate Dining Room, just beyond the kitchen, with its elegant dining table, has seats for 6 and is positioned beneath a large, glazed conservatory-style roof, making it exceptionally bright during daylight hours. Ample china, glass and cutlery is provided for your stay. The Dining Room is located adjacent to the Master Bedroom and there is a small window from the Master Bedroom (with blind, of course). Double doors from the Dining Room lead into the corridor by the Master Bedroom entrance.

The very modern, elegant, well-equipped kitchen has 4-ring electric hob with central extract, 2 ovens, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pans and more that you will need during your stay. The washer/dryer is located in a cupboard in the corridor leading to the Master Bedroom. There are 3 bar stools alongside the kitchen work area.

As you step up from the Living area, the elegant and extremely spacious Master Bedroom is down a corridor to your left at the rear of the building and, like all rooms in the building, has central heating and double-glazed windows. The corridor has extensive wardrobes. Individually controlled air conditioning operates throughout the apartment. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and ample further wardrobes with drawers elegantly hidden away inside. It has a second 4K Smart TV.

A quality single floor mattress can be provided in the Master Bedroom or the living area for a 7th guest, on request, and a cot is similarly available, on request.

The ensuite Bathroom to the Master Bedroom has superbly elegant modern free-standing bathtub with hand shower and a separate walk-in rain shower cubicle. Naturally, there is also an ample wash-hand basin, bidet and toilet.

The good-sized Second Bedroom of the apartment is also rear facing and accessed from the main hallway. As in the other rooms, it has double-glazed windows and also has ample wardrobe space with drawers tucked away inside. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size bed. The ensuite bathroom to the Second Bedroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and toilet.

The Third Bedroom, also accessed of the main hallway, is front facing and protected from any possible noise by double-glazed windows. The Third Bedroom also has a Queen size bed and ample wardobe space and drawers. The ensuite bathroom to the Third Bedroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower cubicle, ample wash-hand basin and toilet.

There is a Guest Bathroom off the hallway inside the apartment, close to the living area. The hallway of the apartment has entryphone and a second, glass door outside the apartment (just past the lift, which is right outside) protects you from any possible noise on the staircase. One of just 4 very stylish contemporary apartments in this building, you can book this along with the other Three Bedroom apartment above or either the Two Bedroom Apartment on the 4th floor or the One Bedroom apartment on the 1st Floor, if you have a larger party than this very large apartment alone can accommodate.

Pros: Living area bright light. Comfortable seating. Well-equipped kitchen. A/C heat/cool worked very well. Plenty of towels, maid service mid-stay. Back bedroom totally quiet. Good bathrooms. Very firm mattresses (too firm for some of us). Bob was easy to communicate with. Best of all, easy, lovely walks to many sights, beautiful parks and buildings, nearby grocery and tube stop around the corner. Many, many excellent restaurants with various cuisines in the immediate neighborhood. Easy to get a taxi. Cons: Hefty fee for late arrivals (coming from US you are either hours too early or late). Convection stove worked erratically, despite one of us couples having one at home. Sole coffee maker uses pods that were hard to obtain, though Bob supplied more the next afternoon. The front bedroom got a lot of noise from street construction, the third bedroom, and especially the bathroom, are smaller than the others, and the combo washer dryer does not get the clothes dry, even with a very very small load. There is a drying rack.

Lovely apartment, great location
The flat is very appealing and was immaculate when we arrived. This property is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, just off Picadilly for easy access to the Green Park tube station, black cabs hailed on Picadilly, Brown's hotel for tea and drinks, and good nearby shopping and browsing. Americans needing their morning coffee fix will find several coffee shops less than 5 minutes away. Also nearby are Marks and Spencer Food and Sainsbury's for groceries and other items. The staff is very friendly. Know that there is a combination washer/dryer on premise, but it doesn't dry medium to heavier weight clothes fully, so you may need to hang them for a day on the drying rack provided. Overall, we had a highly memorable and enjoyable stay in one of the world's greatest cities.

Perfect home base for a week in London
Comfortable, clean, great showers, central to everything, perfect for running in any of the 4 nearby parks. Just need to get used to laundry taking a while with the all-in-one European system so pack accordingly. The flat truly made our vacation that much more enjoyable. To come back from 12 miles of walking to a “home” instead of a hotel room was divine. Robert was also incredibly gracious and thoughtful with his responses over text to help us plan. We want to move in permanently!

Fun in London
My tech savvy kids loved this apartment. I loved it for the spaciousness, beautiful bathrooms, the posh neighborhood was fun and we were able to walk to so many places or a taxi, bus and subway were all very close. Coffee right down the street although there was coffee provided for early drinkers. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved Bob, the manager who took care of everything!

Great flat in Mayfair
Great flat with a great location We were able to walk to many sights we wanted to visit. Very close to tube as well. A shout out to Bob who helped us when we arrived. He was most helpful in explaining the suite, although I would recommend something written left in the flat explaining the hvac system. Being from North America it was quite confusing for us 😉
