Long wait to check in. Very noisy water system. You could hear the water system refilling ever time the next door rooms flushed a toilet or had a shower and it's loud enough to wake you up! Other than that, very close to tube and convenient.

I stayed at this hotel last week, and unfortunately, my experience was quite negative. The cleanliness of the rooms was definitely insufficient; there were stains on the floor, and even the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The pillows had an unpleasant odor, as if they hadn't been washed for a long time. Additionally, the bed sheets looked unkempt and unhygienic. The overall level of hygiene in the room was seriously disappointing. Despite the hotel's good location, I would never consider staying here again due to these cleanliness issues

Very convenient and close to train station. Within walking distance to several attractions and decent restaurants. Except for the young lady that checked us in, staff was very friendly. Specially Emmanuel he was very friendly and helpful. He even came out to show us exactly where to go for transportation. Also at check out the last that helped us out was very friendly and helpful. I don't have her name but she is a "coffee lover". The only thing we didn't like was that the areas it is at was a little sketchy and felt a little unsafe. But overall great location and service.
