Great location. Close walk to Covent Gardens, underground is 2 minutes away. Restaurants and entertainment are close. Good experience overall. Room was spacious with a king bed and a couch. Clean and great service.

Overall good and enjoyable stay. Convenient location. VIP benefits never mentioned, as with previous stays. Don’t really think they take this part of their arrangement with Expedia seriously. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but otherwise all fine.

The only issue we had was that our room was noted as an upgrade, but ended up being next to the elevator that squeaked loudly throughout the day and night. We didn’t want the hassle of moving rooms and would still stay there again as long as we’re in a room away from elevator.
