"The room itself was a little run down and could use a little maintenance, as there were cracks in the wall, broken window lock and shower door was stiff, but it was a pleasant stay overall, with decent facilities and a comfortable bed. "

"Nice location - not far from Hammersmith bus and tube stations. Pleasant but not overly talkative staff.
Hotel was nice and quiet.
Room was clean but the clothes storage was near to falling over, plug socket and light fittings damaged and potentially dangerous, metal bed frame broken and very noisy. The room would have benefitted from having blackout curtains as the morning light flooded in at around 6am."

Radisson Blu Hotel, London Heathrow
8/10 Good
"This is a traditional hotel. Room is spacious and fully equipped. We stayed right across from the ballroom which had a big birthday party going. While we were walking through the hallway, you could hear the music and noise there but surprisingly to find that it was so quiet when the room door is closed. The first front desk staff we met is well trained and polite. I haven't seen a front desk staff that good for a long time. The second staff who helped me to reactivate my door card was a bit blunt that brought the rating back to 4 instead of 5. We enjoyed our drinks at the bar as well. I am very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel."

Park Plaza London Riverbank

Strand Palace Hotel

"Stay away! King room was booked"

Central Park Hotel
8/10 Good
"The stay went very well until there was a power outage and everyone had to evacuate. May have been related to the construction which to be fair I was aware of. Re-booked by the staff into another hotel efficiently. Overall the staff and the stay was excellent."

Royal National Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great location to Euston station, room clean, bed comfy & very helpful staff. Very efficient."

STG Hotel London Oxford Street
2/10 Terrible
"This was the single-worst hotel experience I have ever had. Ever, in life, and I'm a 45-year-old man. I rarely ever bother to provide a review of anything, but I feel like it's my sworn duty to warn people about this place. The room was subpar even by cheap roadside motel standards. The entire space looked like it had been assembled from Ikea furniture. The bed mattress looked and felt like something that had been taken out of a dumpster. There was no AC in the hotel, which was brutal during record-high May temperatures in the UK. The window would only crack open due to safety measures, and even then, I had to decide between leaving it shut and suffering the heat, or opening it and dealing with the insane noise outside that carried on until 3 a.m. I had booked this room for 2 nights, but it was such a miserable experience that I just ate the cost of the second night and moved to another hotel. It was very misleading because the lobby of the hotel is extremely nice and modern. Do yourself a favor and never go anywhere near this dump."

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 by IHG

"Well appointed room. Check in was smooth and staff very helpful and friendly."

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
8/10 Good
"You can’t beat the location. It’s right by The Tower of London and Tower Bridge. It’s also very convenient to Tower Hill tube stop. We prepaid for the breakfast and it was filling and fast, as well as amazing. The concierge desk, particularly David, was a huge help on the trip. They held our luggage the first day until check in so we could explore. Very helpful when getting there from the States. There is also a Tesco nearby for snacks. The only fault I had was the air handler was not able to cope with an admittedly unprecedented heat wave, so the rooms were a bit warm. Nothing we couldn’t cope with. Definitely will be staying there again."
