The body wash/bath soap and shampoo was empty since we entered the room, I mean in a hotel of ~50 rooms staying for 1 night how many times people need to ask for a body wash? And the staff said they can only spare small samples because they have run out😟 Good thing we didn’t have an early morning appointment Their waffle maker was out of service But the room was clean but seriously the management SUCKS They put $300 hold on my credit card, 3 times the nightly rate for 1 night that I was staying
