The room was cleaned. The mattress had a spring that was bothersome so we used the other bed. There wasn’t a kitchen. The air conditioner worked.

The room was clean, the staff was super helpful, the hotel is a gorgeous with an old historic feel! We loved staying there !

The first shout out HAS to go to the staff and owner. We were going to arrive late and Drew provided good instructions and since it was dark by the time we got there, the path to the house was well lit. The lot could’ve been labeled to be sure we parked in the right place but it was very close. I also needed to start breakfast before the starting time to make it to the Empire State Senior Games at Cortland. Drew arranged it and Shelley had everything going early for us and was waiting to greet us. I appreciated this SO much and got a good breakfast before my competition. The room was comfortable, A/C worked well, nice shower and nice hot tub in the room! We will probably return for next year’s games.

When we pulled up to the property the trash can at the front entrance was overflowing with trash all around it making the place look very questionable. It was after several of us mentioning it that they emptied the can. However once we settled in we were relieved that was the only real issue and the staff was very helpful.
