“This motel had so many issues that were extremely difficult to deal with such as very dirty floors, a bathtub which was much too slippery and no non slip Matt was furnished for safety. The sink had no water pressure and was only a dribble. We could not take advantage of the included breakfast which was not much, so we went out for breakfast every morning. This room was $150 dollars a night and not worth half that amount! ”

“The place was kinda clean and the staff was super rude to me when I asked for a towel the morning that we denied room service since we had just arrived a few hours later. The front office was never actually open the hours stated they’d be open. They charged us extra $40 and we suspect it was for the towels we asked for the first day there. The staff couldn’t have been more rude!!”

“Had an eschew with the toilet call the front dest they where down there less than 3 min fixed it right up. Very very nice owner. Help us in a lot of ways. We had an emergency had to leave early they did not hesitate gave us our money back. That’s what good people do. I would say Good place to stay. If any things wrong call the dest and he will make it right. Give it a 9 out of 10 Thanks for Ty gee understanding. Family place for sure.”

“We had a reservation for 2 queen beds but only received a king bed. We had 4 adults and it was not a comfortable stay but they did try to make it work with a trendle bed. There was a event and they were booked with no free rooms.”

“Great place to stay. I stay regularly when visiting Florence. Wonderful shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend.”
