“The location was perfect, walking distance to Santa Monica beach and to coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly, which was a nice surprise for LA.”

“This home was adequate for our needs but lacks the extras that would make it a 5-star rental. The house is clean, the beds comfortable and we appreciated the off street, garage parking. Extras like hand towels in the kitchen and bathrooms, better kitchenware, more silverware (there were only 3 forks in the house), some laundry pods so a renter doesn’t have to go out to buy laundry detergent, tissues in the bathrooms. “This Penthouse was so beautiful, yet comfortable. It made out trip so nice. When we were in Long Beach we had a great time and then to return to the Penthouse was like a calm and comfort that made our trip so wonderful. We will definately be back.”
